By placing your order through our website we guarantee all merchandise to be free from any manufacturer defects.  If you receive an item that is defective please notify us immediately.  Due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee hatching eggs.  All eggs are tested here at the farm and we assure you will receive the best quality and most fertile eggs possible.  We do not ship any eggs older than 48 hours and we only ship eggs and birds on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure a weekend delivery.  All of our eggs are shipped in our own manufactured egg shipping foam to help ensure the safest delivery to you.  Although it is rare that many eggs may arrive damaged but in the event this does happen please let us know immediately as well as your Postmaster.  Please inspect all live birds and chicks before leaving the post office.  We usually ship live birds and chicks between April-October but we have the right to delay a shipment if the current weather conditions prevent us from shipping them safely to your location.  All day old chicks are shipped USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail is offered at an additional cost.  Live birds ship using Express Mail only.  Many of our products in this online store are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  You should receive them within the same time frame as if they were coming from us directly.  We ship UPS and USPS.  If your order will be delayed more than 48 hours we will notify you.
